The sports industry is undergoing radical changes. The shift toward strong professionalization in sports organizations is spawning a host of new challenges specifically linked to that domain. To honour our commitment to best meet the needs of the sector and spur its growth, we work in close cooperation with various actors in the sports sector in order to make HEC Montréal Sport Management Hub an international reference in this area.

The HEC Montréal Sport Management Hub offers a prime opportunity to contribute to the valorization and professionalization of the sports manager profession in Québec by helping these managers fulfil their role effectively.
The HEC Montréal Sport Management Hub strives to fuel the growth of the sports domain in Quebec by providing tools, knowledge, and skills development opportunities. The Hub aims to become a pivotal link between the academic and sports world. Its goal is to be an international reference in this area for all actors in the sports sector, and an important source of knowledge for all sports organizations and their managers in the shift toward strong professionalization in the sports industry. To this end, we conduct research and innovation, educational and knowledge transfer activities.
