Offered exclusively to student-athlete members of the Carabins competition teams, the Parcours Leadership Carabins (in French only) aims to enhance the combination of sports and studies through unique complementary learning with a focus on leadership. While enriching their coaching, this program facilitates the participants’ transition from a sports career to the workforce by equipping athletes with tools to stand out, be it in their personal life, on the job market or in the community.

The program curriculum is delivered over 18 months. Each year, a cohort of 20 to 25 student athletes enjoy a unique learning experience that notably includes knowledge acquisition, sharing of expertise/experiences and mentorship by inspiring figures representing different domains and horizons. Students also benefit from teamwork, internship and job opportunities, and a two-day retreat.
