Microprogram – 15 crédits
The Microprogram in Sport Management (in French only) highlights the dynamics, problems, issues, and challenges specific to the sports industry. It adopts a varied pedagogical approach that emphasizes proximity to sports settings. Attend courses and conferences given by experts, analyze real cases and visit organizations. In addition, integration courses let you apply skills acquired to concrete and real situations.
A gateway to the specialized graduate diploma program (DESS)
Students who complete the Microprogram in Sport Management can continue their studies in the specialized graduate diploma program in sport management (in French only).
DESS – 30 credits
The specialized graduate diploma program (DESS) teaches new managerial skills anchored in the most recent theoretical developments and in best practices in the sports world. Students can choose their courses, in order to acquire specific skills in strategy, leadership, marketing, sports event management and employee mobilization. Varied pedagogical approaches emphasize proximity to sports settings. Attend courses and conferences given by experts with close ties to professional settings, analyze real cases, and visit organizations. In addition, you can carry out a large-scale project to delve deeper into a theme related to one of the challenges currently facing the sports industry, such as the effects of mobile media, technological doping or globalization.
